Carbon Tube ø3xØ5mm 1m

This is a carbon fiber CRP tube with a fiber content of 63%. The tube is pultruded. This manufacturing process aligns the fibers unidirectionally in the longitudinal direction. This results in a high fiber content, but the tubes are susceptible to shear stresses. Therefore, for cutting we recommend using a diamond cutting wheel or saw, not a side cutter. Carbon has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, and is perfect for applications requiring stability and lightness. The surface is slightly porous and can be perfectly bonded with 3D-printed pieces. This allows for the construction of lightweight, complex, and stable frames for hobbies such as model building.
