Carbon Tube ø12xØ14mm 1m

This is a carbon fiber CFRP tube with a fiber content of 63%. The tube is pultruded (drawn). Through this manufacturing process, the fibers are unidirectional, arranged in the longitudinal direction. This achieves a high fiber content, but the tubes are susceptible to shear loads. Therefore, we recommend using a diamond cutting disc or saw for cutting, not a side cutter. Carbon has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, and is perfect for applications where stability and lightness are required. The surface is slightly porous and can be easily bonded with 3D printed parts. This enables lightweight, complex, and stable frameworks to be constructed, for example, for model building.
