Carbon Tube ø8xØ10mm 1m

This is a carbon fiber CFRP tube with a fiber content of 63%. The tube is pultruded. Through this manufacturing process, the fibers are arranged unidirectionally, in the longitudinal direction. This achieves a high fiber content, but the tubes are prone to shear stress. Therefore, we recommend using a diamond cutting disc or saw for cutting, not a side cutter. Carbon has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, and is perfect for applications where stability and lightness are required. The surface is slightly porous and can be bonded excellently with 3D printed parts. This allows light, complex and stable scaffolds to be constructed, for example for model building.
