DIAMOND dichtol AM Hydro 250ml sealant water-based

DIAMANT dichtol AM Hydro is a ready-to-use, water-based polymer system for sealing additively manufactured components. As the sealant is solvent-free and not a hazardous substance, it is considered particularly user-friendly. It penetrates the material through capillary action and seals 3D-printed components against various liquids and gases. The formula is suitable for pores up to a size of 0.2 mm. The single-component system requires no mixing and is suitable for all common printing processes and print materials. In its delivered state, the sealant is milky white, after curing the film becomes colorless and is permanently temperature-resistant up to 130 °C.

Features:

• Water-based, solvent-free single-component system, not a hazardous substance and therefore particularly user-friendly
• Infiltration through capillary action seals the component deeply against liquids and gases
• Pore size from 0 to 0.2 mm is reliably sealed, suitable for the respective printing process
• Fast curing at room temperature makes oven curing unnecessary
• The temperature resistance of the cured seal is permanently 130 °C
