SenseCAP S2100 LoRaWAN Data Logger

The SenseCAP S2100 data logger from Seeed Studio can collect data from an external sensor and transmit it via the LoRaWAN network. This is essentially a SenseCap sensor, without an actual sensor. With the SenseCap S2100, you can convert your own sensor with RS485/Analog/GPIO communication into a LoRaWAN sensor node. The data is sent to the server via a LoRaWAN gateway and can thus be read out. The range is approximately 2-10 km, depending on interference and environment. The SenseCAP sensors from Seeedstudio are high-quality, easy-to-use LoRaWAN sensor nodes for environmental monitoring, e.g. in agriculture or smart home applications. The LoRaWAN network enables communication over long distances with low power consumption. The integrated 19Ah battery allows runtimes of up to 10 years (depending on reception and transmission rates), and is easy to replace. The sensors are user-friendly and easy to install. The entire set-up is done directly with the mobile phone via Bluetooth, without tedious programming on the PC. For this, the "SenseCap Mate" app is required from the Playstore or App Store. The sensors are housed in an IP66 waterproof enclosure and can therefore also be used outdoors.
