DIAMOND dichtol AM Makro Spray 500ml Sealing FDM 3D Printing

DIAMANT dichtol AM Macro Spray is a ready-to-use, solvent-based polymer system for sealing additively manufactured components and is delivered as a ready-to-use 500 ml spray can. The macro formulation is particularly suitable for larger pores in the range of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, as typically occur in FDM 3D printing. The sealer seals 3D-printed components against various liquids and gases and protects them from environmental influences. The single-component system requires no mixing and is suitable for all common printing processes and printing materials. The spray can allows for even application on large surfaces. After curing, the seal is colorless, permanently temperature-resistant up to 300 °C, and meets the drinking water conformity according to KTW-BWGL of the German Federal Environment Agency.

Properties:

• Ready-to-use 500 ml spray can with macro formulation, specially tuned for larger pores in FDM printing
• Infiltration by capillary action seals the component deeply against liquids and gases
• Pore size from 0.1 to 0.5 mm is reliably sealed, suitable for the respective printing process
