Waterproof Temperature Sensor (DS18B20) 1m

This waterproof temperature sensor contains a DS18B20 sensor chip with a 1-wire communication. The DS18B20 is a digital temperature sensor in a TO92 housing. The sensor is very accurate and reliable as it has been calibrated at the factory. You can use the "DallasTemperature" library for controlling with an Arduino. To read the DS18B20 you only need one input from your Arduino. Multiple sensors can also be connected to one input. For the operation of the sensor, you still need a 4.7 kOhm resistor that you connect between VCC and Data (i.e if you have 5 sensors on the same input, you only need one resistor).

Connections:

• Sensor:             => Arduino UNO:
• Red                    => VCC 5V
• Black       => GND
• Yellow (Data)      => Pin 2

Important to connect a 4.7K Ohm resistor between red and yellow.
