1m Waterproof DS18B20 Temperature Sensor Shielded

This 1m long waterproof temperature sensor contains a DS18B20 sensor chip with a 1-wire communication. The sensor is connected via a shielded cable, which makes the communication with the temperature sensor less susceptible to interference. The DS18B20 is a digital temperature sensor in a TO92 housing. The sensor is very accurate and reliable, as it was calibrated at the factory. For control with an Arduino, you can use the "DallasTemperature" Library. To read out the DS18B20 you only need an input from your Arduino. Multiple sensors can also be connected to one input. For the operation of the sensor, you need a 4.7 kOhm resistor that you switch between VCC and Data (e.g. if you have 5 sensors on the same input, you only need one resistor).

Connecting the DS18B20 to an Arduino UNO:

Important: connect a 4.7K Ohm resistor between red and white.
