Creality SparkX i7 Hotend 0.2mm Nozzle

The Creality SparkX i7 Hotend with 0.2 mm nozzle is an original quick-release hotend for the SparkX i7 3D printer. The construction combines nozzle and heatbreak in an integrated unit, allowing significantly faster heating compared to classic disassemblable hotends. The hotend can be mounted or replaced without tools using a side-mounted quick-release on the toolhead. The 0.2 mm nozzle opening is designed for particularly fine detail resolution and is ideal for delicate models, small lettering, miniatures, or other prints with very fine structures. The smaller opening generally requires reduced printing speed and a higher level of filament cleanliness, as the nozzle can clog more quickly due to contamination. The maximum hotend temperature of the SparkX i7 is 300°C, allowing the use of all filaments supported by the printer. In case of wear symptoms such as uneven print contours, material clogs, or mechanical damage to the nozzle tip, the hotend can be easily replaced with a new one. Switching between different nozzle diameters is also quick due to the quick-release design. Before interfering, the printer should be disconnected from the power, and the hotend should be fully cooled, as there is a risk of burns. The hotend is exclusively compatible with the SparkX i7 and is not interchangeable with models from the K1 or K2 series.
