The Creality SparkX i7 Hotend with 0.4mm nozzle is an original replacement part in the new all-metal integrated design, specifically developed for the SparkX i7 3D printer. In this integrated hotend, nozzle, heating block, heat break, and heatsink are combined into a single assembly. This integrated design minimizes leakage of melted filament and significantly reduces the risk of clogs. The 0.4-mm nozzle is the most commonly used nozzle size for everyday printing and is compatible with the vast majority of common filaments. The hotend features a snap-on mechanism with hook-and-loop design, allowing tool-free replacement without the need for complicated wiring or screwing. Replacement is therefore accomplished in a few steps, greatly simplifying maintenance and cleaning. The hotend reaches a maximum temperature of 300 °C with even heat distribution and supports high-speed printing of up to 500 mm/s. The high-quality heating block allows processing of various filaments such as PLA, PETG, PLA-CF, and TPU with a hardness of 64D or higher. The package includes a silicone protective sleeve that improves thermal insulation and protects the heating block from sticking filament. When changing, the temperature of the hotend should be reduced to avoid burns, and the hotend should be sufficiently cooled before touching. Since the nozzle is a wear part, replacement is recommended at signs of wear or deteriorated print quality.
