1200x825 9.7inch Black/White E-Ink Display Raspberry Pi HAT

This is a large 9.7 inch E-Ink / ePaper display module with a resolution of 640 x 384 pixels. The module has an integrated IT8951 controller that communicates via USB, SPI, I80, or I2C interface. This black / white display supports updates of sub-areas. Thus, individual areas can be quickly updated within 0.3 seconds. Updating the entire display also only takes one second. Due to the low power consumption, it is great for battery-operated applications. These displays are also used in retail as price tags, where they can be operated for several years with a battery. The display has a very good viewing angle and can also be read very well in sunlight. 6 seconds are required for the construction of the entire display image. Therefore, it is of course not intended for applications where the display must be updated every 1s.
