RAMPS 1.4 Control Board Arduino Mega Shield for RepRap

RAMPS 1.4 stands for RepRap Arduino Mega Pololu Shield. The shield makes the connections of an Arduino Mega 2560 usable for a 3D printer: up to 5 stepper motor drivers, heaters, thermistors and limit switches. It can also be used for other projects, for example plotters, CNC mills, plasma cutters or laser cutters.

Features:

• 5 sockets for Pololu or StepStick type drivers (X, Y, Z, E0, E1), for example A4988 or DRV8825
• Drivers are plugged in and easy to replace
• Microsteps adjustable via jumpers
• 3 power MOSFETs: D8 heated bed, D9 fan, D10 extruder heater
• Connections for two Z-axis motors
• Reverse polarity can destroy the board
