Fiberon PA12-CF10 Black Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PA12-CF10 is a carbon fiber-reinforced nylon filament based on PA12 with ten percent carbon fiber content. Thanks to the long-chain copolyamide structure, the material absorbs significantly less moisture than PA6 or PA66-based nylons and thus maintains stable mechanical properties over a longer period. All filaments of the Fiberon series are also available as a 3kg spool on pre-order. The carbon fiber reinforcement provides a tensile strength of 71.6 MPa and a modulus of 3304 MPa in the XY direction for rigid and dimensionally stable components. Integrated Warp-Free technology minimizes warping and allows printing at bed temperatures from 25 to 50 °C without a heated chamber.

Recommended Print Parameters:

• Printing temperature: 280–300 °C (All-Metal Hotend required)
• Heated bed: 40–50 °C (do not exceed 50 °C, otherwise warping)
