Fiberon PPS-CF10 Black Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PPS-CF10 is a high-performance filament based on polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), reinforced with ten percent carbon fibers, and designed for extreme industrial requirements. With a heat resistance of over 250 °C, the material is excellent for applications in high-temperature environments. The natural flame retardancy according to UL94 V0 makes PPS-CF10 ideal for safety-critical applications in electronics, industry, and aerospace. Thanks to Polymaker's Warp-Free technology, the filament can also be reliably processed on open desktop 3D printers without a heated chamber. The carbon fiber reinforcement gives the printed components metal-like stiffness while maintaining low weight and very good dimensional stability. Additionally, PPS-CF10 offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, fuels, and solvents and retains its mechanical properties even under humid environmental conditions.
