This adhesive by 3DLac is the ultimate solution if you are having problems with your 3D prints and the parts are detaching from the print bed. If you use the adhesive spray on a hardened carborundum glass plate, you need to be careful to be able to detach large parts undamaged from the plate. Therefore, many of our customers often print with 3DLac on the smooth back of the glass plate.
Info: The prerequisite for good adhesion is also correctly adjusting the layer height.
3DLac properties:
For heated and non-heated build plates
Excellent adhesion ability on the print bed, sticks to any surface
Lasts up to 300 applications
Easy to clean with water
Good adhesion even with problematic plastics like ABS, PETG, ASA, and Nylon
High temperature resistant
Application of 3DLac:
Firstly, clean the print plate with lukewarm water. If you can remove the glass plate, it is easiest under running water. Afterwards, dry the plate well.
Clean the plate again with isopropanol alcohol before applying the spray
Apply 3DLac from a distance of about 20-30cm. Let it dry and then apply another layer.
Start the 3D print
After printing, wait until the plate has cooled sufficiently. This can take up to 30 minutes. Only then remove the part from the print bed. Often, you can apply a small amount of adhesive spray for the next print and print multiple parts until after about 5 prints you clean the plate completely again.
