Fiberon PA612-CF15 Black Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PA612-CF15 is a carbon fiber reinforced nylon filament based on PA612, a copolyamide of PA6 and PA12, with 15 percent carbon fiber content. This material combination combines the advantages of both nylon types: lower moisture sensitivity than PA6 while providing better mechanical properties than PA12. All filaments in the Fiberon series are also available as 3 kg spools by pre-order. The tensile strength is 86 MPa in XY direction with an elastic modulus of 4736 MPa, making the material one of the stiffest in the Fiberon range. The heat deflection temperature is 175 °C (HDT 0.45 MPa) and enables use in thermally stressed environments.

Recommended Print Parameters:

• Print temperature: 250–300 °C (All-Metal Hotend required)
• Heated bed: 40–50 °C (do not exceed 50 °C, otherwise warping)
