Fiberon PPS-GF20 Gray Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PPS-GF20 is a high-performance filament based on polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), reinforced with 20 percent glass fibers, and designed for the most demanding industrial applications. Unlike carbon fiber-reinforced variants, this material is electrically insulating and therefore ideal for use in electronics and high-frequency technology. With a dielectric strength of 6.05 kV/mm and a low dielectric constant of 2.71 at 1 MHz, it meets the highest requirements for electrical insulation and signal stability. After tempering, the material achieves an exceptional heat deflection temperature of over 236 °C at 0.45 MPa. The UL94 V0 flame retardancy classification, high chemical resistance, and extremely low moisture absorption of only 0.11 percent ensure consistently high dimensional stability even under adverse environmental conditions. Despite the high processing temperatures, the filament can be processed on desktop 3D printers without a heated chamber.
