Fiberon PA6-GF25 Gray Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PA6-GF25 is a glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 filament with a 25 percent glass fiber content for maximum rigidity and heat deflection temperature. With an HDT of up to 191 °C after annealing, the material is suitable for thermally stressed components in industrial, automotive, and aerospace applications. All filaments of the Fiberon series are also available as 3 kg spools on pre-order. The glass fiber reinforcement provides exceptional flexural strength of over 4600 MPa as well as a tensile strength of 84.5 MPa in the XY direction. The integrated Warp-Free technology minimizes warping and allows for bed temperatures of only 25 to 50 °C without a heated chamber.

• Printing temperature: 280–300 °C (All-metal hotend required)
• Heated bed: 40–50 °C (not over 50 °C, otherwise warping)
