Polymaker HT-PLA-GF Gray Filament 1.75mm 1Kg
Polymaker HT-PLA-GF is a glass fiber reinforced high-temperature filament that combines the easy printability of PLA with the high stability of engineering compounds. Thanks to the glass fiber content, it offers exceptional rigidity, low shrinkage, and high dimensional stability. Parts remain stable up to 130°C after annealing, making it suitable for applications subjected to high mechanical and thermal loads. Despite the reinforcement, the material can be reliably printed and achieves printing speeds of up to 350 mm/s. Particularly interesting is the good paintability as known from PLA: surfaces can be easily primed, painted, or varnished, making the filament ideal for model making as well as for cosplay, tabletop, or custom vehicle parts. This opens up possibilities with HT-PLA-GF that would otherwise only be achievable with technical materials like ABS or ASA – but without their drawbacks such as limited color selection, complicated processing, or higher printing requirements. Due to the glass fiber reinforcement, the material is abrasive on nozzles, so the use of a hardened nozzle is highly recommended. During processing, there is little odor development, stronger than with PLA, but significantly more pleasant than ASA or ABS.

Recommended Printing Parameters:
- Printing temperature: 210–230 °C, recommended 230 °C
- Heated bed: 25–60 °C, recommended 50 °C
- Fan: 100 %
- Print speed: up to 350 mm/s
Annealing: Place the finished part on a flat, heat-resistant surface and temper in the oven at about 100 °C for 30 minutes. Then allow it to cool slowly in the oven to prevent warping.
