Fiberon PA612-ESD Black Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PA612-ESD is an advanced, ESD-safe nylon filament based on PA612, reinforced with ten percent carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes. With a surface resistivity of 10⁴ to 10⁷ Ω/sq, it provides reliable protection for sensitive electronic components against static discharges. The combination of carbon fiber reinforcement and CNT additives gives the material high stiffness and a tensile strength of 84 MPa in the XY direction as well as excellent dimensional accuracy. The heat deflection temperature of 157 °C significantly exceeds that of classic PETG-ESD materials, enabling use in thermally demanding environments. Due to the chemical structure of PA612, the filament is less moisture-sensitive than PA6-based nylons and offers increased abrasion resistance for cleanroom and industrial applications. The material supports printing speeds up to 300 mm/s, is AMS compatible, and is ideally suited for precise, industrial ESD components.
