276x293mm Snapmaker U1 Double-sided PEI Spring Steel Build Plate

The PrimaCreator Dual-Sided Powder Coated PEI Build Plate is a magnetic printing plate made of spring steel, with dual-sided PEI powder coating, precisely fitting the Snapmaker U1 3D printer. The dual-sided coating doubles the lifespan, as one side wears, you can simply switch to the back side. The textured PEI surface offers excellent adhesion for a variety of filament types, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and PA. Thanks to the flexible spring steel plate, finished prints can be removed from the print bed tool-free and without scratches by gently bending. The magnetic ferrite core is more heat resistant than conventional neodymium magnets, thus also suitable for higher heated bed temperatures up to 130 °C. Before first use, the protective film on both sides must be removed. The printing plate is attached to the existing magnetic base of the printer and requires no further assembly. Maintenance is simple with regular cleaning using isopropyl alcohol before each printing process. The plate dimensions of 276 × 293 mm are precisely tailored to the Snapmaker U1, fully covering the usable print area of 270 × 270 mm.
