UPS UPS Module 5V 5A Uninterrupted 18650 Battery Board

With the UPS Module 3S for your Raspberry Pi, you get a reliable uninterruptible power supply that supports both charging and power output simultaneously. This module can be powered with three 18650 lithium batteries that are connected in series and provides a constant output power of 5V at 5A. It is ideal for mobile robots and industrial control devices as it adapts various interfaces via cables and enables easy integration. With protection circuits against overcharging, deep discharging, overcurrent, short circuit, and reverse polarity, the module ensures safe and stable operation.

Notes: 

• 3S means that the device is powered by 3x 18650 Li batteries in series, the output range is about 9V to 12.6V.
• Li-ion and Li-Po batteries are quite unstable. They can cause fire, personal injury, or property damage if they are not properly charged or used.
• Do not reverse the polarities when charging or discharging the battery. Do not use inferior chargers/charging boards to charge the battery.
• Do not use old batteries together with new ones, avoid using batteries of different brands.
• When purchasing lithium batteries, always ensure that the battery specification is compatible with the expansion board. Choose *batteries from a reputable manufacturer and ensure through aging tests that the batteries work stably and safely.
• Lithium batteries have a limited lifespan and deteriorate over time. They should be replaced with new ones when the batteries have reached their maximum lifespan or have been in operation for longer than two years, whichever comes first.
• Batteries should be stored carefully and properly, away from flammable and explosive materials, out of the reach of children, to avoid safety accidents due to improper storage.
