Wio Tracker L1 Pro with Meshcore and GPS

The Wio Tracker L1 Pro from Seeed Studio is a robust, compact handheld device for the MeshCore radio network and comes pre-installed with MeshCore Bluetooth Companion Firmware. Inside, a Nordic nRF52840 ARM Cortex-M4 processor with floating-point unit works together with the Wio-SX1262 LoRa module, an L76K multi-GNSS receiver, and Bluetooth 5.0. This allows text messages and location data to be sent over the mesh network even in areas without cellular coverage. An integrated 1.3-inch OLED display with 128 x 64 pixels shows status, messages, and navigation information directly on the device. The power supply is triple designed: via USB-C with fast charging function, via a 2.0 mm 2-pin solar input, as well as through the internal 2000 mAh battery, which according to the manufacturer allows for up to five days of runtime. The robust, lightweight 3D-printed case is immediately ready for use and requires no additional assembly, an adhesive-back clip mount is available as an accessory. The tracker can be paired with the MeshCore smartphone app via Bluetooth and expanded into an area-wide off-grid network in combination with repeater nodes like the SenseCAP Solar Node P1-Pro. The device supports GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and QZSS and thus delivers reliable positioning data worldwide. The nRF52840 provides 1 MB flash and 256 kB RAM and is therefore also designed for custom firmware adjustments. With FCC, CE, RoHS, and TELEC certification, the device is certified for international use. Thus, the Wio Tracker L1 Pro is particularly suitable for outdoor activities, emergency communication, and the establishment of private mesh radio networks.
