Li-ion Battery Charging Module with DC-DC Step Up Boost Converter

This LiPo module serves as a charge controller for a 3.7V 18650 Li-ion battery and simultaneously as a DC-DC step up voltage converter, so that you can operate your 5V microcontroller with the battery. The 4.5V-8V power supply can either be soldered on, or connected via micro USB. The end charging voltage is 4.2V and the output voltage can be adjusted from 4.3-27V with a potentiometer. With this module, you can, for example, charge your 18650 batteries with a solar panel, and supply your Arduino or ESP with power. The module does not have a deep discharge protection, so you should only use cells with protection circuitry.
