Gravity I2C SCD41 Infrared CO2 Sensor

The DFRobot Gravity SEN0536 is a carbon dioxide sensor based on the Sensirion SCD41 and operates on the photoacoustic NDIR measurement principle (PAsens® and CMOSens® technology from Sensirion). The photoacoustic NDIR approach differs from classic NDIR sensors: Pulsed infrared radiation causes CO2 molecules to vibrate periodically, creating a pressure wave inside the measurement chamber, which is detected by a microphone. This allows the SCD41 to achieve the highest measurement accuracy while being very compact and having low power consumption.
