Gravity I2C BMI160 6-Axis Motion Sensor with Gyroscope
This 6-axis motion sensor features a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope. The motion sensor BMI160 is based on the Bosch BMI160 6-axis MEMS sensor, which combines a 16-bit 3-axis accelerometer with a low-power 3-axis gyroscope. The Bosch BMI160 is designed for smartphones, tablets and wearable devices. It has built-in intelligent step counting algorithms that can be read directly through registers. The built-in 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope can recognize running, fitness and other movements. The integrated LDO power management chip supports a wide operating voltage of 3.2 to 6V and also has an I2C level converter / level shifter. This means you can operate the sensor with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, or ESP8266.
Note: You can reverse the polarity of the connection cable by attaching a Dupont cable M-M 10cm to male. This way, you can also easily use it on an Arduino UNO.
