Fiberon PA6-CF20 Black Filament 1.75mm 500g

The Polymaker Fiberon PA6-CF20 is an extremely high-strength Nylon-6 filament with 20 percent carbon fiber reinforcement, specifically developed for maximum mechanical load capacity. With a tensile strength of up to 109 MPa and a modulus of elasticity of over 8.6 GPa in the XY direction, it is one of the most powerful 3D printing filaments currently available. The very high thermal distortion resistance of 215 °C enables use in environments with high thermal demands. The Fiber Adhesion technology developed by Polymaker ensures excellent layer adhesion despite the high carbon fiber content, while the Warp-Free technology allows low-distortion printing even without a heated chamber. The material is ideal for functional prototypes, industrial tools, automotive components, and molds for composite production. Due to the hygroscopic properties of nylon, the filament should be consistently dried before and during printing. For optimal material properties, annealing at 100 °C for 16 hours is recommended.
