The Aqara P1 Motion Sensor Zigbee 3.0 is an intelligent presence sensor for precise indoor motion detection. With an especially wide detection angle of approximately 170° and a range of up to 7 meters, it is ideally suited for security applications, light automation, or presence controls in the smart home. The compact design blends subtly into any environment and can be flexibly aligned with the supplied holder. Wireless communication via Zigbee 3.0 allows quick integration into Aqara gateways and compatible systems such as Apple HomeKit or Alexa. The sensor is powered by two long-lasting CR2450 button cells, which thanks to energy-saving design, allow an operating life of up to five years. Sensitivity, detection duration, and rest state can be individually configured via the associated app. The Aqara P1 is particularly suitable for use in entrances, hallways, bedrooms, or as a complement to automated light or alarm scenarios.
