AESUB White 400ml 3D Scan Spray Permanent

AESUB white is a permanent scanning spray that creates a durable, matte coating for 3D scan processes without time limitations. The spray was designed as a consistent advancement of conventional matting sprays and sets new standards in optical metrology with optimized surface homogeneity and a reduced layer thickness of approximately seven micrometers. Unlike the self-evaporating AESUB variants, the coating remains permanently on the surface and must be manually removed after scanning. Cleaning is straightforward using a soft brush, water, and a cloth. AESUB white contains pigments but is free from titanium dioxide, which has been classified by the European Chemicals Agency as carcinogenic when inhaled. The spray is particularly suitable for long-term projects where coated parts need to remain scan-ready for extended periods, as well as for applications with UV light scanners where the coating additionally protects the object against UV radiation. Application is done by shaking the can thoroughly and spraying from a distance of 15 to 20 centimeters with even movements.
