AESUB Blue 400ml 3D Scan Spray Self-evaporating

AESUB blue is a self-evaporating scanning spray developed by experts in 3D metrology, which evaporates without residue within a few hours. The spray creates a homogeneous, matte coating with a layer thickness of eight to 15 micrometers, providing ideal conditions for the optical acquisition of transparent, reflective, or highly structured surfaces. Unlike conventional matting sprays, AESUB blue contains no pigments, thus avoiding contamination of sensitive areas such as laboratories, production environments, and measuring devices. The effective scan time is about one to two hours, while the complete sublimation is completed after approximately four hours. The spray is applied evenly to the surface to be scanned from a distance of 15 to 20 centimeters and dries within a few seconds to form a dry-to-touch, white coating. AESUB blue is free from titanium dioxide, which has been classified as carcinogenic when inhaled by the European Chemicals Agency. Reference points and markers adhere excellently to the applied coating. The spray is suitable for numerous applications in industrial metrology, reverse engineering, and quality control.
