AESUB Orange 400ml 3D Scan Spray Self-evaporating

AESUB orange is a long-lasting, self-evaporating scanning spray for demanding 3D measurement projects where extended scan time is required. The spray was developed by 3D metrology experts and creates an especially thin coating with a layer thickness of two to six micrometers, which is approximately four times thinner than AESUB blue. The effective scan time is four to eight hours, while full sublimation is completed after about twelve to 24 hours. This extended duration makes the spray ideal for large objects, multi-day scanning projects, or situations where reapplication would be impractical. AESUB orange contains no pigments and no titanium dioxide, protecting laboratories, production environments, and scanner sensors from contamination. Application is from a distance of 15 to 20 centimeters with even movements over the surface to be scanned. After drying, the coating is smudge-proof and allows the attachment of reference points as well as the safe handling of objects. The self-evaporating property eliminates the need for time-consuming cleaning after the scanning process.
