800x480 7.5inch Black/White E-Ink Display Raspberry Pi HAT

This Waveshare E-Ink / e-paper display as a HAT has 7.5 inches, 800 × 480 pixels and an integrated controller that communicates via SPI. Thanks to its extremely low power consumption it is suitable for battery-powered applications. Such displays are also used as price tags in retail, where they run for several years on one battery. The large panel is connected via a flat cable and the supplied e-Paper Driver HAT. According to Waveshare the whole display takes about 4 s.
