800x480 7.5inch 3-Color E-Ink Display Raspberry Pi HAT

This is an XXL 3-color E-Ink / ePaper display module 7.5inch with 800×480 pixel resolution, with integrated controller that communicates via the SPI interface. Due to the extremely low power consumption, it is ideal for battery-operated applications. These displays are also used in retail as price tags, where they can be operated for several years on one battery. The display has a very good viewing angle and can be read very well even in sunlight. Since this display operates with 3 colors, it takes about 31 seconds to build the image. Therefore, it is obviously not intended for applications where the display needs to be refreshed every second.
