3DLac Plus Adhesive Spray 100ml

This 3DLac Plus adhesive is the ultimate solution if you're having problems with 3D printing and the parts are detaching from the print bed. If you use the adhesive spray on a hardened carborundum glass plate, you must be careful to be able to remove large components from the plate without damage. That's why many of our customers often print with 3DLac on the smooth backside of the glass plate.

Info: A precondition for good adhesion is that the layer height is set correctly.

3DLac Plus Application:

1. First clean the print plate with lukewarm water. If you can remove the glass plate, it's easiest under running water. Then dry the plate well.
2. Clean the plate again with isopropyl alcohol before applying the spray
3. Apply 3DLac from a distance of about 20-30cm. Let it dry and then apply another layer.
4. Start 3D printing
5. After printing, wait until the plate has cooled down sufficiently. This can take up to 30min. Only then remove the part from the print bed. Often for the next print you can only apply a small amount of adhesive spray and so print several parts until after about 5 printing processes you clean the plate completely again.
