WisBlock RAK12007 Ultrasonic Distance Sensor

This is a WisBlock Ultrasonic Distance Sensor Module from RAK Wireless. The RAK12007 can detect objects within a range of 2cm to 4m. With it, you can build a robotics controller with obstacle detection for example. The distance measurement is given in pulse duration.   

The WisBlock ecosystem by RAK Wireless offers compact and modular solutions to create your own IoT-LoRaWAN nodes. On a WisBlock Base Board, various CPU, sensor, and IO expansion modules can be mounted. Unlike traditional connections, the modules are secured with screws on the Base Board. This creates a secure and reliable attachment with industrial quality. Thanks to the modular and compact design, WisBlock is especially suitable for applications in prototype construction in the professional or hobby area.   

WARNING: Although the RAK12007 is a sensor module, it cannot be mounted on a sensor slot from the Base Board, but only on the I/O expansion slot from the RAK5005-O.
