WisBlock RAK12005 Rain Sensor

This is a WisBlock Rain Sensor Module from RAK Wireless. The RAK12005 module is mounted on a WisBlock Base Board and then connected to the external rain sensor via a PH2.0 cable. The RAK12030 is a sensor for detecting water and other electrically conductive liquids. When the detection area is wet, the output of the MCP606 CMOS operational amplifier from Microchip becomes positive, signaling the presence of liquid.  

The WisBlock Ecosystem from RAK Wireless offers compact and modular solutions to create your own IoT LoRaWAN nodes. Various CPU, sensor, and IO expansion modules can be mounted on a WisBlock Base Board. Unlike conventional connectors, the modules are screwed onto the Base Board, ensuring secure and reliable mounting with industrial quality. Thanks to its modular and compact design, WisBlock is particularly suitable for applications in professional or hobby prototype construction.  

CAUTION: Although the RAK12005 is actually a sensor module, it cannot be mounted on a sensor slot of the Base Board, but only on the I/O expansion slot of the RAK5005-O
