WisBlock RAK12003 Infrared Temperature Sensor Module

This is a WisBlock infrared temperature sensor module from RAK Wireless. The RAK12003 measures temperatures in a range from -20°C to 100°C. The sensor is pre-calibrated and guarantees a tolerance of ±0.2°C in the range from 35°C to 42°C (body temperature). The refresh rate can be configured between 0.5Hz and 64Hz. The module is mounted on a 20-pin sensor slot by a WisBlock base board. To use the module, you need at least one WisBlock base board and one core module. The WisBlock ecosystem from RAK Wireless offers compact and modular solutions to create your own IoT-LoRaWAN nodes. Different CPU, sensor, and IO extension modules can be mounted on a WisBlock base board. Unlike traditional plug connections, the modules are fixed to the base board with screws. This creates a secure and reliable mounting with industrial quality. Thanks to its modular and compact design, WisBlock is particularly suitable for prototyping applications in the professional or hobby sector.
