Ultrasonic 7-in-1 RS485 Weather Station Sensor for Arduino

This compact weather station module combines seven meteorological measurement functions in a robust housing and is excellent for Arduino-based environmental data collection. Ultrasonic technology measures wind speed and direction without contact, thus avoiding mechanical wear and achieving high long-term stability. In addition to wind parameters, integrated sensors measure temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, and light intensity. An optical tipping bucket rain gauge with 0.1 mm resolution and ±4% accuracy provides precise precipitation data. The RS485 interface with Modbus-RTU protocol ensures reliable data transmission over long distances and allows integration into industrial facilities or LoRaWAN-based cloud platforms. A supply voltage of 10 – 30 V DC and low power consumption under 10 mA offer flexible use options. The UV-resistant ABS housing meets protection class IP54 and is designed for permanent outdoor use. Measurement ranges extend from 0 – 40 m/s (wind speed), 0 – 359° (direction), 0 – 99% RH (humidity), −40 – 80 °C (temperature), 0 – 120 kPa (air pressure), and up to 200,000 Lux (light intensity). The rain gauge measures intensities up to 4 mm/min with a response time of less than two seconds, while most other parameters are updated within 1 – 25 seconds. With its robust design, comprehensive sensors, and easy integration, this system is ideal for agricultural facilities, smart city projects, industrial monitoring, and maritime applications.
