TP4056 Lithium LiPo Battery Charging Module Micro USB 5V 1A

This charging module is used to charge and discharge single-cell (1S) lithium batteries, for example 18650. The TP4056 chip controls charging, and the DW01A chip protects the battery against overcharging and deep discharge. The charging current is set with resistor R3. A 1.2 kOhm resistor is fitted as standard, which limits the charging current to 1000 mA. Small batteries that must not be charged at 1 A, usually batteries below 1000 mAh, need a higher resistance value at R3. The battery is not included in the scope of delivery.

Important: Always connect the load to OUT+ and OUT-. The protection against deep discharge and overcurrent only works there. Do not connect B- and OUT- together, as this disables the protection.
