TFS20-L 20m ToF LiDAR Sensor Sunlight Resistant
The TFS20-L from Benewake is an ultra-compact dToF LiDAR sensor for precise distance measurements up to 20 meters. The module integrates a highly sensitive, infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor and operates on the direct Time of Flight (dToF) principle. With dimensions of only 21 × 15 × 7.87 mm and a weight of only 1.35 g, the sensor is ideal for weight-sensitive applications such as drones and mobile robots. Communication is optionally via UART or I²C, allowing flexible integration into various microcontroller platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi.
