Sparkfun Flex Sensor 2.2 inch

This simple flex sensor, with a length of 5.6cm, changes its resistance when it is bent. This sensor was also used in the original Nintendo Power Glove!

The connection pins have a grid dimension of 2.54mm. This allows the sensor to be plugged directly into a breadboard.

Note: The usable range of the sensor can be bent without any problem, but care must be taken to minimize bending outside the usable range. Otherwise, the sensor can be damaged.
