1000mm GT2 Belt Repair Kit

This is a belt repair kit by Creality. With this kit, you can cut your own replacement belt, without having to stock a special one for each of your Creality printers. The table below shows you the length to which you need to cut your belt, depending on the printer and axis. The tolerance is 1.5mm. Remember to keep the belt flat while measuring. Afterwards, the brass sleeves at both ends of the belt are pressed together with a pair of pliers. Ensure that you maintain around 1-2mm space from between the brass sleeve and the end of the belt.  

Recommended accessories:

• HF-8021 Wire stripping/ Crimping pliers 0.8-2.6mm
  

Belt repair instructions:

1. Find the cut length for the desired printer from the table
2. Cut the belt to the exact length (Make sure the belt is flat while measuring)
3. Attach the brass sleeve 1-2mm inward offset from the belt
4. Press firmly with a pair of pliers
