2000mm GT2 Belt Repair Kit

This is a belt repair kit from Creality. With this, you can cut your own replacement belt, without having to have a special one in stock for each of your Creality printers. In the table below, you can see the length to which you have to cut your belt, depending on the printer and the axis. The tolerance is 1.5mm. Make sure the belt is flat when measuring. Afterwards, the brass sleeves at both ends of the belt are pressed together with flat pliers. Make sure that you leave a gap of about 1-2mm between the brass sleeve and the end of the belt.

Recommended accessories:

• HF-8021 Wire stripper/ Crimping pliers 0.8-2.6mm

Belt repair instructions:

1. Search for cut length for desired printer from the table
2. Cut belt to exact length (ensure belt lies flat when measuring)
3. Attach brass sleeve 1-2mm inset to the belt
4. Press firmly with flat pliers
