SE01-LS LoRaWAN Soil Moisture / EC Sensor Node 868MHz with Solar
The SE01-LS from Dragino is an innovative LoRaWAN soil moisture and EC sensor designed for efficient use in agriculture. This device combines solar and battery power to ensure a continuous and environmentally friendly energy supply, ideal for autonomous outdoor data collection. The sensor uses the FDR method (Frequency-Domain Reflectometry) to measure soil moisture, temperature and conductivity, with the measurements automatically transmitted every 20 minutes over the LoRaWAN network. The SE01-LS comes factory calibrated and offers, thanks to its robust, weather-proof housing, reliable use under extreme conditions. This sensor node uses the SX1262 for a high range and low energy consumption, and is equipped with a powerful 48 MHz ARM microcontroller. Configuration can be conveniently carried out via BLE, and OTA updates over a private LoRa protocol simplify maintenance. This device represents the third generation of the popular LSE01 from Dragino and offers a further developed LoRaWAN stack and application software.
Each sensor is preloaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registrations. These keys are registered on the local LoRaWAN server, and the sensor automatically connects upon power up, if network coverage is available.
