RGB Color Sensor TCS34725 with IR Filter and LED
The TCS34725 is an RGB sensor that allows you to measure the RGB color values of an object. The module also has an LED built in for precise color detection. With the sensor, you can sort objects based on their color. There are already projects where, for example, M&M's are automatically sorted by color. The LED on the board is used to accurately detect colors. The LED can be turned on and off via the program. This way, you can, for example, only turn it on when you want to perform a measurement. The sensor can be operated between 3.3V and 5V, making it suitable for Raspberry Pi and ESP8266 or ESP32. Communication is via the I2C bus, so there's no need for complex wiring.
