M5Stack RGB Color Sensor Unit TCS3472

The RGB Color Unit from M5Stack is a color light sensor with an IR filter. The TCS3472 sensor provides digital feedback of red, green, blue, and clear light readings. An IR blocking filter integrated on the chip minimizes the IR spectral component of the incoming light and allows accurate color measurement. With this sensor, you can sort objects by color. The LED built on the board is used so that colors can be cleanly detected. The LED can be switched on and off via the program. Thus, you can, for example, only switch it on when you want to carry out a measurement.

Connect this Color Unit to the GROVE PORTA on the M5Core or M5Stick. The i2C address is 0x29.
