Pressure equalization screw fitting M12 IP67

A waterproof housing is not always waterproof. The reason for this is pressure differences between the inside of the housing and the environment that can occur during rapid temperature changes. If the temperature changes quickly, a negative pressure is created and moist air and water are sucked into the housing. In order to make your housing waterproof, you need to equalize this pressure difference. Our pressure equalization screw is perfect for this, as it has a special membrane that equalizes the pressure but not water. If you want to keep the humidity constant, you can also place silica gel packets in the housing.
