Polymaker PolyDryer Box with Dry Dock heating unit

The Polymaker PolyDryer Box with heater is an active filament drying system that effectively dries moist 3D printing filaments while storing them dry. The system consists of a sealed storage container and a Dry Dock heating unit with a 68 W PTC heating element and a 360° air circulation system. Three adjustable power levels generate outlet temperatures of approximately 50 °C, 60 °C, and 70 °C, ensuring even drying without damaging the filament. The achieved residual moisture level ranges between 10% and 30% relative humidity, depending on the level. A battery-powered hygrometer displays the current humidity in the container, while color-changing silica gel visually signals the degree of dryness. The box accommodates spools with a maximum diameter of 205 mm and a width of 78 mm and supports filaments with diameters of 1.75 mm, 2.85 mm, and 3 mm. Thanks to filament outlet openings and PTFE tubing, printing can be done directly during the drying process. An automatic safety shutdown prevents overheating. The modular design allows stacking multiple boxes, with a single heating unit able to serve several containers. The power supply operates with a 100–240 V AC input voltage and provides 24 V DC.
