Creality SpacePi X4L Filament Dryer Dry Box

The Creality SpacePi X4L is a filament dryer box with space for up to four filament spools simultaneously. The device features two physically separate drying chambers, each equipped with its own 200 W PTC heating element, allowing them to be operated independently. This allows for either drying four spools in parallel or keeping only one chamber active in energy-saving mode, reducing power consumption by up to 40 percent. The maximum drying temperature is 75°C, which is sufficient for common filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PET, PA, PC, PP, and TPU. Double thermal insulation ensures that the outside temperature of the casing remains below 60°C at maximum internal temperature, allowing the box to be handled safely. The integrated SpaceDry system combines 360° hot air circulation with automatic desiccant regeneration and active dehumidification via two fans. A check valve keeps the chambers sealed after drying. Operation is via an anti-static digital display, which shows the temperature and humidity of the respective chamber in real-time. Suitable are spools with a diameter of up to 200 mm and a width of up to 150 mm, both 1 kg and 2 kg rolls with 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm filament diameter. The housing-side material of ABS, PA, and PC ensures a robust construction. The drying time can be set between one and 48 hours depending on the material. Compared to the SpacePi X4, the Lite version is equipped with a lower maximum temperature and a simpler digital display but retains the dual-chamber function.
