MPPT Solar Power Management Module for 6V-24V Solar Panel

This solar power management module is designed for 6V to 24V solar panels. It can charge the 3.7V Li battery via a solar panel or a USB connection and provides a regulated 5V/1A USB output. This MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) solar charger gives you the opportunity to get the maximum power from a solar panel into a LiPo battery. On the board is already a battery holder for 14500 batteries where you can directly insert a 14500 Lipo cell. However, you can also connect another Lipo battery via the PH2.0 connector. The Solar Lipo Power Management Module is suitable for solar-powered, power-saving IoT and other projects where you want to power your Arduino.

Attention:
DO NOT insert non-rechargeable batteries, such as dry batteries, into the battery compartment. If you try to charge a non-rechargeable battery, it can have serious consequences, including an explosion.


Features MPPT Solar Power Management:

  • Supports MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) function, maximizing the efficiency of the solar module.
  • Battery can be charged via solar panel or USB port
  • A DC-002 jack input or screw terminal input is available for connecting the solar cell
  • Integrated MPPT SET switch for selecting the solar cell voltage
  • Two regulated 5V outputs: Pin headers and USB port
  • Onboard high-performance aluminum electrolytic capacitor and SMD ceramic capacitor for a constant and stable output voltage
  • 14500 battery holder and PH2.0 battery connector, for connecting 3.7V Li batteries.
  • Multiple LED indicators, for monitoring the status of solar module and battery
  • Multi-protection circuits for: overcharging, deep discharge, reverse protection, overheating and overcurrent, short circuit
